The attention I got was really what made a difference on choosing Lisa’s bridal to buy my gown. They never rushed me; they were very sensitive to what I like. They made beautiful videos and pictures. That really made my day as I was able to share it with my family who lives abroad. Having the opportunity to be with them in camera really made me feel happy and connected even though I went to try on dresses alone.

After six bridal stores, Tatiane was able to help me find my dress on the first try! I had a wonderful experience as she was so patient and really listened to what I was looking for. She convinced me to try something just out of my comfort zone and it ended up being what I was looking for all along. I came back for a second fitting and she helped me re-affirm my decision. I’ve been humming and hawing about what dress style I want for weeks to no avail, so I actually expected the visit at Lisa’s bridal to be the same, but I actually ended up finding THE dress for me here! Rita helped me and you can just tell that she knows what she’s doing. She had pulled 6 dresses out prior to my visit and one of them was something I told many bridal consultants I wouldn’t want to try on because I find it unflattering on me. I still decided to try it on and it ended up being the dress I loved. She was so sweet, funny, and knowledgeable – she also teared up and gave me a great big hug when I decided to say yes to the dress. Would highly recommend to-be brides to stop here for a dress fitting!

I had a wonderful experience at Lisa’s Bridal! Katrina was my stylist/bridal consultant and she was amazing throughout the entire process – she emailed me before my visit and asked some questions about the style of dresses I liked. When I arrived to the appointment, Katrina had already picked out dresses that I might like which included the dress that I said yes to! She really listened to what I wanted, was super helpful and I was under no pressure to make a decision/purchase. I went back for another appointment to try on the dress again and I’m delighted with my purchase – I cannot wait for the dress to arrive. Tatiane was my consultant and she is an absolutely amazing human. Every dress she picked for me to try was spot on and she was just as excited as I was about finding my dream dress. I found my dream dress but said I wish it had sleeves, and she took some off another dress and showed me how they could add them. My sister found her dress there 17 years ago and now I’ve found mine. BEST STORE EVER!!

I had an amazing experience ! Rene reached out via email prior to my appointment and already had some dresses picked out for me based on what I wanted to try on. She was so sweet and caring, very helpful and attentive to both mine and my bridesmaids’ needs. She knew exactly what I was looking for and brought me different ones on top of the ones based on the details I wanted. Overall fun and safe environment, especially since dress shopping can be so uncomfortable sometimes. So happy to have found a dress here, I highly recommend.

I definitely lucked out having Rita as my consultant. Had absolutely no issues with the entire appointment booking process and if it’s your first visit, they will make sure to email you about a week in advance to connect you with your day of consultant. You will be asked to provide some inspiration photos, budget, etc., so that they get a better idea of what you envision before going into your appointment.

It was only the second bridal shop I’ve ever visited and once I went in for my appointment, Rita welcomed me with a huge selection of their dresses (all within my budget!). Amongst all the dresses I tried on, the two styles I ended up narrowing down to were the two that Rita picked. One of the dresses was completely different from what I envisioned myself wearing but I’m so glad Rita pulled the dress off the rack and suggested I try it on. I really appreciate Rita’s attentiveness and pure honesty regarding how I fit the dresses. Sometimes you need the expert to tell you otherwise!

My overall experience was fantastic and I truly felt the bridal experience at Lisa’s. There was absolutely no pressure in getting the dress that day and I didn’t feel rushed into trying all the dresses within my appointment slot. I’m sure all the other consultants are just as qualified to help you find the perfect dress but I would highly recommend all future brides try to schedule their consultation with Rita. Lisa’s bridal was by far the best wedding gown shopping experience I’ve had. The shop is large enough to accommodate multiple appointments without compromising space or room. I was able to move around and look at the dresses I had on in multiple mirrors and multiple lights. Katerina was so so lovely and was not pushy or rushing us whatsoever. She is the ideal consultant. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and really allowed me to have the full bridal experience without any stress. I highly recommend going to Lisa’s bridal. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!

Ladies, THIS IS THE STORE to find your wedding dress. The dress selection is infinite, dresses are well done, fabric is elegant, unique in design, gorgeous. I went there to pick a dress out of the rack (My fiancee and I decided last minute to do a destination wedding). When I got there, Rita has selected 7 dresses for me. She kinda knew my style because they asked questions when booking my appointment, I described the dress I was looking for. Rita has 30 years experience, I got there at 6pm I picked 2 out of 7 dresses and VOILA. It was the second dress, they did the alterations in one day and I can’t be more satisfied. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience shopping for my prom dress with Gift! I honestly went in to the experience with a very negative mindset from other stores I went to either not listening to the ideas I had in mind or simply not helping but Gift was genuinely so wonderful and was a breath of fresh air. She was very patient and made sure that the dress I ended up getting was the one I really wanted by listening to what I liked or didn’t like about each dress I tried on. This type of service is rare!! The selection of dresses is also very diverse and I’m glad I was able to find my perfect dress here. 🙂
