We recommend shopping about a year before your wedding date.

Complete the appointment request on the website, you will receive a call back to confirm.

Complimentary appointments are scheduled for 1.5 hours on weekdays and 1 hour on weekends. Specialty appointments, like our Brides and Bubbles experience, are up to 2 hours. Follow up visits are 30 minutes in length.

There is no charge for our complimentary appointments; however, please be aware that there is a “no show” fee of $50. You may cancel 24hrs before and will not experience a fee. We also offer specialty appointments with more time, additional guests, light snacks and refreshments where a fee is charged.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will have a $50 fee applied to the credit card used to secure the appointment.

Yes. We offer a Brides & Bubbles appointment. You receive a 2 hour appointment with an experienced stylist, light refreshments and snacks, a glass of Bubbles to toast, and you are able to bring up to 6 guests; including yourself.

No. While there are times that we serve a glass of bubbles to toast for events or as a part of a specialty appointment, we are not licensed to sell alcohol alone.

Of course! Remember to be present as it would be a shame to miss your moment because of pictures.

Our in store collection ranges from size 4 - 26. The selection can vary throughout the year.

Wedding gowns start at $1700 and top off at $4000, with the average being between $2000 and $2500. Please call for more detailed information. We do not offer rentals.

We require a deposit of 50% to order your wedding dress.

Your dress will need to be paid in full within 2 weeks of either its arrival in the store or day of purchase from our collection.

4 to 7 months depending on a few variables. More information is available in store based on the designer of the wedding dress you choose as well as the details of the order

All wedding gown sales are final sale, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns.

While our dresses are available to order, virtually all are also available to purchase directly from our in store collection.

Rush orders are sometimes available, depending on the designer. There is an expedite fee of $275 for gowns with less than 4 months order time. Your consultant can go through your options when you find your dream gown.

Once your wedding gown has arrived, you may pre-schedule your alterations 4 months before your wedding.

You will need to bring your shoes and undergarments that you plan on wearing with the dress as these items may impact the alterations. We cannot be held responsible for changes in these items once alterations have begun.

This will depend on the extent of alterations you request but generally 2 - 3 appointments.

Alterations are charged by the seamstress on a per item basis. Price list is posted in the store.

On average we like to have 4 months before the wedding and/or bridal photo shoots, however we can always expedite. This depends on the dress and the amount of work involved. For the most accurate information please call to schedule a consultation.

Wedding gowns are made to be altered; however, seam allowance is limited. Any planned weight fluctuations should be discussed in advance with the stylist and seamstress.
